Roger J. Richards started his appraisal career started after graduating from the State University of New York College at Oneonta in 1980. 

Roger is a New York State Certified Appraiser, and an FHA appraiser.

He is also a member of the Ulster County Chamber of Commerce and the Pleasant Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Roger is current with appraisal technology.

Since founding Roger J. Richards Appraisals in (1999), John has prepared thousands of appraisal reports for mortgage, refinance, tax appeal, PMI removal, prelisting, relocation, home equity, home improvement, divorce, trust, and estate purposes.
